I will be guiding you through each step of the sourdough-making process, from starter to finished loaf. Whether you’re an experienced baker or a complete beginner, this workshop is the perfect opportunity to enhance your baking skills and learn the secrets to achieving that perfect crusty loaf. Join us for a chance to enjoy the art of sourdough baking!

• Sourdough starter
• Glass jar for your starter
• Proofing basket

There NO ELEVATOR available.  The building was built in the 1850's

Taught By Master Mixologist Rob LaCrosse

Have Fun with Your friends and family and get skills to impress your valentine.

–You will be hands on and guided with the techniques to create your own cocktail. Along with learning the history of the cocktails.

–Rob will also demonstrate and create other cocktails that you will also be able to sample during the class.

–A Charcuterie Board will also be provided at each table
