I will be guiding you through each step of the sourdough-making process, from starter to finished loaf. • Sourdough starter
• Glass jar for your starter
• Proofing basket
• Flour sack towel for lining the basket
• Silicone spatula for stirring
• Scraper for dough mixing

21 Years old or older only. The Event is held upstairs on the second floor. 

There NO ELEVATOR available.  The building was built in the 1850's

This is an Engaging and Hands-on Class

Taught By Master Mixologist Rob LaCrosse

Have Fun with Your friends and family and get skills to impress your valentine.

–You will be hands on and guided with the techniques to create your own cocktail. Along with learning the history of the cocktails.

–Rob will also demonstrate and create other cocktails that you will also be able to sample during the class.

–A Charcuterie Board will also be provided at each table
