Event Terms & Conditions

Garden Party Flower Bingo – November 15, 2026

1. All Ticket Sales Are Final

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including illness, personal emergencies, scheduling conflicts, change of plans, or inability to attend.

Please carefully review the event date and time before purchasing your tickets.

2. Event Cancellation or Changes

In the unlikely event that the event is canceled by the event organizers or venue, attendees will be notified regarding any applicable refund or rescheduling arrangements.

The event organizers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the event schedule, activities, floral selections, prizes, or other event details as necessary.

3. Event Host & Responsibilities

Garden Party Flower Bingo is independently hosted and organized by Blossom’N’Bloom Floral Co.

Whole Hearted Winery Brewery Distillery is providing the event space and hospitality services, including food and beverages.

Whole Hearted is not the organizer, instructor, or presenter of the floral activities or bingo portions of the event. All class instruction, floral demonstrations, materials, activities, prizes, and event programming are the responsibility of Blossom’N’Bloom Floral Co.

Questions or concerns regarding the floral activities, instruction, materials, prizes, or event programming should be directed to the event host.

4. Food & Beverage

Food and beverages provided by Whole Hearted are subject to applicable policies and regulations. Alcoholic beverages will only be served to guests who meet the legal drinking age requirements and provide valid identification when requested.

Whole Hearted reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone in accordance with Michigan law.

5. Event Participation & Conduct

All attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward other guests, event hosts, and staff. Whole Hearted reserves the right to remove anyone displaying disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior without a refund.

6. Floral Gifts, Activities & Prizes

Floral gifts, arrangements, and prizes are provided by the independent event host. Specific flower varieties, colors, arrangements, and other floral selections may vary depending on availability.

7. Photography & Promotion

Photos or videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. By attending, guests acknowledge that they may appear in event photographs or videos used for promotional purposes. Guests who do not wish to be photographed should notify the event organizers upon arrival.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Event Terms & Conditions.
