hosted by Bella June Designs is coming to New Hudson this season!

Light up your holiday season with an afternoon of good smells, crafting creativity, and fantastic local cheer. This hands-on seasonal gathering is designed to bring loved ones together for an immersive afternoon of sensory exploration and crafting. Whether you are looking to elevate your seasonal winter decor or create a deeply personal gift for someone special, this interactive afternoon is the perfect addition to your holiday calendar.

Experience the Holiday Fragrance Bar

Our custom holiday fragrance bar is a centerpiece of the entire event. When you arrive, you will explore a curated lineup of premium, clean-burning fragrance oils capturing the very essence of the winter season. From the comforting warmth of roasted holiday spices and fresh gingerbread to the crisp, nostalgic notes of winter evergreen, blue spruce, and toasted vanilla, you have total creative freedom. Our expert instructor from Bella June Designs will guide you through the process of fragrance blending, teaching you how to balance base, middle, and top notes to curate a festive signature fragrance that is entirely your own.

Pour Your Scented Masterpiece

Once your blend is perfected, you will step up to the pouring station for step-by-step candle-pouring instruction. We supply all the necessary premium materials, including natural wax varieties, clean-burning cotton wicks, and specialized stirring equipment. You will learn the optimal temperatures for adding fragrance and pouring wax to ensure your finished piece burns evenly and cleanly. The star of the show is our festive gingerbread man candle setup. You will pour your signature blend directly into a beautiful gingerbread man container, finished with a classic decorative holiday border that makes it an immediate standout piece for your home display.

Enjoy a Cozy Winery Setting

This exclusive crafting afternoon takes place at the beautiful Whole Hearted Winery Brewery & Distillery located at 56880 Grand River Ave in New Hudson, Michigan. To celebrate the season, your ticket registration includes a a glass of Whole Hearted Wine, Beer, Cider or Mocktail to sip on while you create (Cocktails available at an additional cost). Explore the winery’s unique menu, enjoy a wonderful social gathering with your friends or family. It is a fantastic local day date option, a memorable outing, or a fun afternoon escape with your close friends.

  • Session Time: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM EST

  • Venue Location: Whole Hearted Winery Brewery & Distillery (56880 Grand River Ave, New Hudson, MI 48165)

  • Registration Cost: $40 per ticket

Please Note: Advanced registration and pre-payment are strictly required to secure your seat and raw materials.  No prior candle-making experience is necessary—our team provides comprehensive, beginner-friendly support throughout the entire session. All materials, containers, instructions, and your first glass of wine are fully covered by your single ticket entry.

🔞 Age & Accessibility Restrictions

• • Age Requirement: This event is strictly 21 years of age or older only.

  • Accessibility Notice: The workshop is held in our beautiful historic event space located on the second floor. Please note that our building was constructed in the 1850s, and there is no elevator available.

🎟️ Ticketing & Check-In Policies

• • Online Pre-Purchase Only: Tickets must be purchased in advance online.  Absolutely no ticket sales available at the venue.

  • Refunds & Transfers: Tickets are strictly non-refundable for any reason. Please ensure you are able to attend before booking. Tickets cannot be transferred to a future event date or alternative class.

  • Easy Check-In: You will be checked in under the Purchaser’s Name and guided to your reserved seating. You do not need to print or display a physical or digital ticket at the door.

• • Arrival: Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to check in, grab your drink, and get settled before instructions begin.

  • Classroom Respect: To ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone, please be respectful of those around you and avoid disruptive behavior or talking over the instructor.

  • Winery Rights: Whole Hearted Winery reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to the event setup. In the event of a ticketing system glitch or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
