If you like dad jokes……..
JASON GILLERAN
Jason Gilleran debuted on Detroit’s thriving comedy scene in 2017. Along with his stand up comedienne wife Robyn, they are Hard G Comedy, and run The Bob Sadowski Comedy Show at Bowlero Lounge in Royal Oak, as well as “Thumbthing Funny” in Caseville and “Laughing All the Way to the Bank” in Port Austin. In 2021, he hosted weekends at Mark Ridley’s and One Night Stan’s and featured for John Heffron at Traverse City Comedy Club. His 20 years of experience as a Urologist (aka “the Dick Doc”) means he’s seen a few things. Things he can’t unsee. Jason brings a fast pace, almost absurdist view of the things he finds funny, like bad food, good music, and an ongoing mid life crisis as a Gen X husband and father. And yes, there are dick jokes. Look for his show updates on hardgcomedy.com.
ROBYN GILLERAN
Robyn Gilleran is a Detroit area local actor and model who decided to join the comedy scene with her husband as the better (looking) half of Hard G Comedy. This former fat kid and Mom of two has a thing or two to say about growing up, motherhood and life in general. She has performed across the US hosting weekends at Mark Ridley’s Comedy Castle in Royal Oak, at One Night Stan’s in Waterford and has graced stages in Chicago, Naples and Key West. She’s sure to catch you off guard and teach you to never judge a book by her cover.

Dan Turco thinks he’s funny and audiences tend to agree. You may have seen him on stage at One Night Stan’s in Waterford, Mark Ridley’s Comedy Castle in Royal Oak, or the Ann Arbor Comedy Showcase. It’s also possible you saw him on the ‘Next Best Comic’ contest at the 2019 Windsor Comedy Festival. You may have also seen him performing at Michigan Comic Con or the Royal Starr Film Festival. BRET HAYDEN
Tall, thin, and handsome-ish, Bret Hayden has been winning over audiences with airtight joke-writing and rapid-fire delivery since late 2013. He’s worked with a who’s who of comedy’s biggest names including Andrew Schulz, Gary Gulman, Mark Normand, among others, and is a regular performer at the acclaimed Ann Arbor Comedy Showcase.
ANDREW YANG
Andrew Yang has been called “my favorite comedian” by one comedy club comment card and much worse by countless others. A staple in the Ann Arbor comedy scene, Andrew is a regular at the Ann Arbor Comedy Showcase and runs shows at a meadery in Bløm Meadworks and a punk rock venue in the Blind Pig. His humor is a product of being raised by Asian American immigrant parents while being terrified of those same Asian American immigrant parents. Andrew has performed all over the Midwest including theaters, clubs, parking lots, coffee shops, fire stations, backyards, and hopefully a “stage” near you soon!
